Danny has been a full-time Real Estate Advisor in Austin since 2017 and has successfully completed over 100+ real estate transactions, and closed over $25M in sales. Danny lives in South Austin with his partner Leah, and a pack of four-legged children, Celis the 2yr old English Bulldog, Jerome the 10yr old Chihuahua/Yorkie mix, Chiquita the 10yr old Chihuahua and Jefe the 8yr old cat-prince of the house.

Danny is amazing. We are first time home buyers and knew almost nothing going in other than what we could afford. Danny is patient and had references for mortgage companies, home inspectiors and specialty inspectors. He was able to negotiate on our behalf and guided us every step of the way from our staring offer to the day of move in. Didn’t matter the time of day, Danny was always available and made sure we understood everything we were signing. Buying a home is scary especially during pandemic but Danny made it seemless and went above and beyond to take care of us. Cannot speak highly enough of Danny.

Danny’s communication, availability, and the ability to come up with active solutions is second to none. Danny was extremely helpful in countless situations; whether it was educating us on the buying process, the market, how contracts work, and everything in between (we were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions), Danny was always there to explain things to us in a way that made sense – even when we asked the same question multiple times. 🙂 He never made us feel like he was just trying to get us to buy anything and wasn’t afraid to give his opinion on homes when we asked for his advice based on what he had learned about our likes/dislikes and wants vs. needs. Oh, and let’s not forget Danny had to deal with the difficult seller after his agent refused to answer his or Danny’s calls at the end of the process. Shame on her indeed…but that didn’t phase Danny. I mean, the guy drove to the comptrollers office at 8am in the morning to update the seller’s LLC with little to no help from the other side. If that doesn’t speak to his professionalism, dedication, empathy, and loyalty I don’t know what does.

I am a first time home buyer in Austin. After reaching out to Bramlett about my situation, they took care of me immediately with collateral to educate myself not only on the market in Austin, but the milestones and steps it takes at a high level to purchase a home. Zero pressure, simply informative.

Danny De Luna was my realtor (ask for him if possible) and I started working with him in August with a proposed timeline of February/March to find something. I would send him Zillow links daily via email on houses of interest, and he gave me immediate feedback on what to look for and red/green flags. We eventually started looking at houses in October together, and he will tell it to you straight in these home walkthroughs. Trust is everything, and I felt like Danny treated each house from an unbiased perspective.

We closed on the home yesterday! There was never an ounce of pressure, doubt, or insecurity working with Bramlett. I will recommend anyone go to them for the Austin market. After this process, I will go no where else in future transactions. Thank you!
