Linda Baddour is an amazing realtor. She helped us sale our duplex in Austin. She was very knowledgeable and very honest, even when it might not be what you want to hear. She was very responsive when we had questions and very prompt. Next time I need to sale property, I will defiantly look for Linda again!! Thank you!!!
Linda Baddour was exceptional as our agent. As a first time home buyer, we were not aware of the process of home buying and Linda made it very easy for us. She was punctual, responsive, very organized, friendly and very knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying. She used to give her opinion and insights which was very useful in making a decision on our dream home. Linda was always available for questions and her timely responses made us feel valued and cared.
I recently contacted Eric Bramlett Realty to assist me in buying a house because I knew they had extensive experience in the Austin area. Linda Baddour was the agent assigned to me and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Linda is very knowledgeable and proactive. She didn’t hesitate to ask questions and find answers for the homes that we were looking at. I never felt like I had to manage the situation myself, she was always one step ahead. This was my third home purchase in the area and I will definitely call Linda Baddour again if I ever decide to move. I can’t recommend her enough!
Linda Baddour at Bramlett showed extraordinary professionalism. Patient, helpful, experience shows. Most important: outstanding negotiator. Linda represented our position firmly but fairly when negotiating a final price. Also, Linda is very knowledgeable about contract details, utility hookups, and has an assortment of contacts with inspectors and repair professionals. Highly recommend.
I have purchased and sold several homes with various real estate agents but my experience recently with Linda Baddour has been the best so far – beginning, middle, end, and beyond! My situation was complicated as I was navigating an out-of-state sale — with untimely repairs needed — to complete a 1031 Exchange into Texas. Linda’s awareness of the process and her relationships with the builder/seller kept everything moving; even when we thought the deal may not happen. Her composed demeanor was greatly appreciated when I felt so many things were out of control. She buffered me from “the noise” of the transaction by managing communications with the seller and escrow/title companies so I didn’t feel even more overwhelmed. She was always very responsive, even late into the evening. Linda’s CPA background was critical and appreciated as she also helped me make informed financial decisions. I greatly respected her input and don’t have any regrets on any decisions I made based on her feedback. After I closed, she even offered to advertise my new investment to get it occupied as soon as possible. My experience with Linda in my purchase was so positive that I am already looking at additional purchases, would use her again, and definitely recommend her to others!
From our very first conversation, Linda Baddour established her credibility in the Austin market. Great insights from day one really helped us build comfort towards eventually making a decision in a very challenging environment. Linda always made herself available, promptly replied to all of our questions with pointed and useful advice (and we threw some quite difficult inquiries her way), and never pressured us into making moves at any point in the process. Even while we were early stage and apprehensive to explore buying further, when we did find a property we wanted to look at or had questions come up, Linda treated us with the same respect and devoted just as much time as if we were imminent buyers. After initial contracts were signed, she walked us through every step of the process each week, resulting in an early close. I was continually surprised at how smooth everything felt despite hearing about other friends/families challenges in that time window. Part of this brings me to yet another point, which relates to Linda’s connections in the marketplace. The lender we ultimately arrived upon was critical to the early close and have been great to work with so far – one of many excellent resources we tapped via Linda.
Linda Baddour is phenomenal! We decided to move to Austin with only 3 weeks before school started. We wanted to find a home and get our child enrolled in school quickly.
Linda went straight to work, she listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in recommending neighborhoods with good schools. We saw about 16 houses in one day because I was on a mission to find the perfect house in one weekend! She was a trooper and we found the perfect home made an offer and had everything wrapped up quickly.
Because of Linda’s strong network of people she was able to refer us to for funding and inspection services, we were able to close in 3 weeks.
She went above and beyond for us even meeting us for the final walk through very early in the morning!
I highly recommend Linda Baddour she was professional, efficient and full of helpful advice.
Linda Baddour is phenomenal! She was recommended to us by friends and I am 1000% happy that we have her as our real estate agent. We are first time home owners and she helped answer all our questions and gave us great advice throughout the entire process. She goes above and beyond and really spends the time to help you find the perfect house. We only had a small window of time to go house viewing and she was able to schedule 20 viewings in a day!! She ultimately found us our perfect home and I couldn’t be more thankful to her. Overall, she is incredibly professional, responsive, and caring agent and I would highly recommend her.
Agent: Linda Baddour I rarely write reviews, and almost never 5 stars. However, my experience with Linda was far beyond any I have had with other (many) realtors, and I really have no criticisms or suggestions to her at all. She had excellent knowledge of local market, Especially north Austin where she has greatest familiarity. She listened well!! Can’t do well without doing that. Showed appropriate homes, and knowledgeable about each one. Very accommodative for intense 48 hours of driving around as I am out of towner. Suggested good bids which were successful resulting in purchasing 2 homes in that time frame. Then meticulously followed up on every detail, setting up inspections, getting amendments, getting repairs, following up, and closing smoothly. I was out of town after making the offers, and she performed as if I were looking over her shoulder. Excellent communicator, people skills and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended her to others where I am and they will seek her out as remote investors, given my experience.
We worked with Linda Baddour at Bramlett to purchase a home in Austin and it was a very positive experience in an incredibly competitive and stressful market. She found us a great house (with a pool!) in our preferred neighborhood in a shorter timeframe than we expected. We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation and, thanks to Linda’s skill, our offer was selected even though it wasn’t the highest. She’s a clear communicator, she knows Austin and the surrounding areas extremely well, and she’s a pleasure to work with.
We had Linda representing us in our recent home purchase. We are first time buyers and Linda was very helpful. She was patient, professional and quickly understood what we are looking for. We always felt like she is on our side and looking out for us. She did a great job in setting up our many viewings and accommodating our schedule. Linda was great when it came to negotiating the contracts. In the few times that Linda was unable to make it, she made sure we had someone else from the firm to assist. It is important to have an experienced agent who knows the area. I would highly recommend Linda or Rachelle. Both were great to work with. I have no complaints. Everything went very well and we are very happy with the result.
We are remote investors. We connected with Linda Baddour after finding the highly-rated Bramlett Residential company online. It was extremely important to find an agent who has local insight, quick response times, and a solid understanding of the investment market. Linda herself is an experienced real estate investor. And with her CPA background, she was very detail-oriented in helping us understand the right neighborhoods to look at for maximizing our investment. We feel lucky to have found an agent who fit our needs perfectly! The house we wanted to buy was very hot. Linda was super on top of communicating with the seller. Our offer wouldn’t have been accepted without Linda’s superb offer recommendations and persistent engagement with the listing agent. On top of that, she was helpful and supportive throughout the closing process. We highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy a property in the greater Austin area!
