Lindsey Pearlstein Smith
Realtor®
As a second-generation REALTOR®, Lindsey grew up in the real estate environment. She learned the industry from observing her father run his boutique brokerage company in Brookline, Massachusetts, which has consistently been awarded “Best of Boston” over the past 35 years. She has watched her parents invest in property, while also nurturing lifelong partnerships with clients in transactions involving renting, buying, selling and developing. She continues to learn from her father every day, who she considers to be her top role model.(Read More)
Lindsey attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with her B.S. in Applied Learning & Development. Prior to real estate, Lindsey taught at public and private schools around Austin, giving her an acute understanding of the educational offerings in the area. In 2018, Lindsey and her fiancé made a decision to make Austin their permanent home and bought a house in Westlake. Navigating the home buying process first-hand gave Lindsey a deeper understanding of how to best represent her clients, especially first-time home buyers. She entered the real estate field shortly afterwards and spent several years with The Bucher Group, an Elite 25/Luxury League team, before venturing out on her own. Lindsey is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for AHB Community School in Hyde Park and participating as a member of her sorority’s alumnae group. She values giving back and has volunteered for over a decade through the Boys & Girls of America, Ronald McDonald House Charities & Habitat for Humanity. When she is not selling real estate, you can find Lindsey boating on Lake Austin, catching a movie at Alamo Drafthouse, or hiking the Greenbelt with her 100-pound German Shepherd, Watson.
