In a nutshell I met Gina via email on Feb 24th and I closed on my house on March 29th. I looked for two weeks and made two bids. Gina never pressured me or pushed me to bid higher than I wanted which turned out perfectly because the second house was THE one. She managed my expectations about the market and that it would be tough buying. She answered all of my questions and was SO supportive. She gave me the perfect advice and I was able to put in a bid that the seller liked enough so they didn’t even have an open house.
