For the sale of my original house, she prepared a detailed market analysis to determine pricing and presented a well thought out plan for the sale. In my case, however, it was her extensive contact list that ultimately brought a buyer to the table. For the new house purchase, she shared a trove of information about the neighborhoods I was interested in, and objectively pointed out positives and negatives of all the houses I looked at instead of simply trying to sell them. When I found one that I wanted to move on, she proved herself to be a shrewd negotiator. Throughout both transactions, she was very organized, remained in close contact, and helped me remember and complete all of the necessary tasks. In short, she was the best agent I have ever worked with and the only agent I would consider if I want to move again.

She was SO helpful and patient! Seriously! We looked at houses for months, ran into a small finance issue but she STILL didn’t make us feel as if we were an inconvenience.
