I entered the housing market to buy for the first time at the height of the Austin craziness. It was competing bids, offering tons of cash over asking, and purchasing sight unseen. I was overwhelmed, to say the least. But Marcy Dickson kept me above water. She has so much knowledge and so many connections! She was invaluable. I couldn't have done it without her. She gave me so much of her time and energy to help me understand everything that was happening. PLUS, she was candid and open about all of the uncertainty. I had full trust in her, and she never let me down. I now am a first-time homeowner with the perfect place because of her and her connections. Listen to your agent. They really know what's best. Her recommendation for the mortgage company was spot on, her tips and suggestions were always beneficial, and she was invaluable during the blue-tape walk. Forever grateful to her!

After meeting a few other Realtors in our casual house hunt, we weren't very hopeful that we would find the right person.
