Austin is a relatively small geographical area when compared with other cities. However, the different areas are quite diverse and provide many pros & cons. We’re in the process of working up a map view of the Austin’s areas. For now, we have a zip code list. Please bear in mind that there is quite a bit of overlap. For instance, much of Westlake is on Lake Austin, so the two areas share a number of zip codes. However, we realize that some people are interested in searching by “Lake Austin” while others are interested in “Westlake” so choose to serve both sets of visitors, instead of excluding one set.
