Pemberton Heights for Sale

Although Pemberton Heights was originally developed in the 1920s through the early 1940s, it boasts some of the most upscale houses in Texas. In fact, Town and Country magazine selected Pemberton Heights as one of the "25 Platinum Addresses in the US", and it is easy to see why! 

The lovely homes and well-manicured lawns in Pemberton Heights have attracted numerous successful politicians, artists, and businessmen and has managed to maintain its historical significance while still being conveniently located near central Austin as well as to Utah. In fact, the Pemberton Castle, which resembles a castle and even contains round rooms and a turret, can still be seen in the neighborhood. This isn't the only interesting or historical building to be found in the area. In fact, Pemberton Heights is filled with historic homes that add interest and charm to the neighborhood.

The neighborhood association is quite active at Pemberton Heights and is open to all residents. Some of the association's primary goals are to preserve trees in the neighborhood as well as to retain its historic character. The association also strives to maintain a pedestrian-friendly environment, which helps make its safe place for families to live.

With its fantastic atmosphere, it is also easy to see why so many families have decided to make Pemberton Heights their home. In addition, children living in Pemberton Heights are educated through the acclaimed Austin Independent School District. Those who are elementary-aged attend Casis Elementary, while middle school students attend O. Henry Middle School and high school students attend Stephen F. Austin High School.

Craig helped me through the entire process, keeping me posted on email, and setting me up to look at houses in a very large area. When he didn’t know something (San Antonio Market) he recommended someone else to work with.

I was incredibly happy with Craig’s assistance. I’ll be using him again if I need to buy another house in the area and have already recommended him to some of my friends. Please consider calling him and look at a few houses together. I believe that he will impress.
