Our partnership with Marcy began as we moved to Austin back in 2020. We recently purchased our first home. We worked with Xuan Redding of Bramlett. She was incredible to work. Being our first time to go through this process, she was so wonderful because she took the time explain everything to us. Hesper walked us through the selling process every step of the way. She answered my phone calls, texts and E-mails promptly. She always had a positive attitude no matter the circumstance. There were numerous tasks that were required follow up and she was on top of it. I was always informed as to the status of the transaction. We went under contract in 48 hours and over asking over price! I have recommended Hesper to everyone I know! She’s a true professional and a genuinely nice person.

When you buy a house sight-unseen in a town you have never lived in, you need to have complete trust in your Realtor. After the purchase, if you still love your Realtor-that says a lot! It says even more when you hire her again to sell a house in a town you don’t live in and she handles all of the extra things that come up and would be difficult to take care of when we don’t live in Waco. These were not million dollar homes, but she worked as if they were-we are SO GRATEFUL!

Hesper is amazing and it was truly a blessing to work with her! She was extremely knowledgeable through the process of purchasing our farm and she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Hesper is absolutely the best Realtor we have ever worked with and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Waco area!

I wouldn’t have my house if it wasn’t for Hesper. The market is brutal but Hesper is relentless and works tirelessly. I felt like giving up but Hesper never did. She found me the most beautiful house in a great area. It was not uncommon for her to be communicating with me into the evening and on weekends. She also responds quickly. I was out of state while working with her and she was my eyes and ears. I highly recommend her and love her to pieces.

Hesper was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process with a VA home loan and beyond helpful from beginning to end. She helped get us in our dream forever home. We are pleased and very grateful, she was a blessing to work with.

Hesper is very calm and reassuring. She makes you feel comfortable telling her about what your concerns and worries are and she will do everything to find out with expedience what the answers are. I really appreciated how much she held my hand through our home purchase as this was NOT our first home and we had bad experiences in the past which made me vow to never buy again. I would recommend Hesper to anyone with PTSD home owning experiences or who just wants a down to earth real person to help them buy their next home.
