I’ve heard from many people, buying your first house is a nightmare and stressful, anxiety inducing grueling process. Those people have clearly not had the pleasure of working with Craig McGuire with Bramlett Real Estate! I found this realtor group though Yelp and after a quick survey through their site asking what areas I was looking in, Ashley Vavasour called me. She was super professional, realistic in telling me what my budget could allow, and showed up to our first property in a mask, which I appreciated (we both wore masks during every meet). Overall, the sales transaction of our home was very good. The only stress I felt was from the title company which was absolutely not Tara’s fault in any way. The title company agent was really not great and that was just our luck as that company was selected by the seller. Tara really made the buying process great.
