2100+ Client reviews!

Jan Daum is the most impressive realtor we have ever dealt with. We are not novices with buying and selling houses. Jan knows her stuff: she knows so much about the neighborhoods, she is the definition of proactive, and does she know the ins and out of this business! But Jan brought – and continues to bring – amazing extras to the experience. She combines a sincere friendliness, genuine caring with a high level of professionalism – a gift in this business. We continue to get her monthly “to do” newsletters to help us understand our new neighborhood. Jan will periodically reach out to just check in. 100% satisfied with our experience with Jan Daum and know who to contact when we are in the market again. She was instrumental in our integration to our home, our community and helping us follow our dreams.

Molly Parks is the best realtor I know. I’ve used her services for well over a decade. She’s always on the ball, and really knows the ins & outs of the Austin market, property mgmt- she’s just knowledgable about real estate in general. She’s prompt and courteous, and down to earth. proud to call her a friend. Hire Molly!

Jan Daum is incredible. Her vast knowledge, tenacity and kindness must be unsurpassed in the real estate world. She’s cheerful and beyond helpful to first-timers, like me. I would strongly recommend her to anyone, buyer or seller.

This is the second time we’ve worked with Tara McGuire, and it not only met the extremely high standards she set the first time, but far exceeded them. Tara is hands down one of the best realtors we’ve ever worked with. She maintains consistent communication and is always available for any and all questions. She is very knowledgeable of the market and comes forward with a competitive, yet realistic approach to sell your home. She has an amazing team that sets you up for success and walks you through each step of the process. Our experience with her is one we will always remember, and she will forever be our go-to with any real estate needs. Thank you, Tara, for an unmatched experience, and for helping us get exactly what we needed in the journey to sell our home.

I had an excellent experience working with Jeremy and Bramlett Residential to sell my home! He was always super responsive and understanding of my needs. He explained everything I needed to know along the way about the selling process, and laid out choices clearly to help me understand my options. Jeremy was always respectful and made me confident that he would look out for my best interests. I highly recommend Jeremy and the Bramlett Residential team!

We just moved to Austin and purchased our first home. Lynn Wise was very helpful throughout the process. She helped us start our search before we even moved, and she was ready to start showing us houses as soon as we arrived in Austin. She made the process go smoothly and was always on top of things and available even during an ice storm when she lost power for a few days! Thanks Lynn and Bramlett Residential!

My wife and I were so happy to have Corrine as our realtor. We felt like we knew each other forever. Since we live out of state she helped guide us through every step. Corrine really knows how to take great care of her clients’ every need and expectation! Can’t wait to buy another home with her.

I have been in and around real estate for 35 years and in that time I have met thousands of agents. In all that time I have found maybe 5 Realtors who are amazing at their jobs.
One of them is our agent Jean Holm.
We moved from Minnesota and Jean helped us find our lease home. She did FaceTime tours with us and video tours of the houses we were interested in. She was in constant communication with us even when there wasn’t an update. Finally, she negotiated favorable terms for us and got a reduction in rent for a longer lease time. She will be the one we choose when we buy our home in the next year.
I can promise you, Jean is the Realtor you want representing you. You will be amazed at how great she is! She is amazing at communicating which is something the majority of Realtors struggle with. It is a night and day difference with Jean. We sent her an inquiry through her website and had a response 5 minutes later– at 8 pm at night!
On top of it all Jean is super cool and fun to talk to! She isn’t from Austin, so she’s worked extra hard to educate herself on the Austin area market. She KNOWS her stuff. Plus I love supporting women business owners so that was an extra bonus in working with Jean!

Jean was so great to work with! She was very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure all of our questions were answered. She made selling our home fast and easy and I can’t wait to work with her again in our future home searches!

Jean Holm was above and beyond, her knowledge is incredible, and she was always available with a quick reply to every question we had. She truly looked out for our best interest throughout the whole process, thanks to her knowledge of the market and her prompt action we were able to find our new home and close in a short amount of time. Thank you for all you did for us, and for continuing to check on us!
