FUB Dialer & Outbound Caller ID
Mar 17, 2022
I don't personally call many customers when they inquire. A couple of weeks ago, a consumer messaged us via chat and I accidentally called her. I hung up after one ring and she called me back immediately. She saw "Bramlett" on her caller ID, knew it was me/us, and wanted to talk. This is the experience we want you to have when you're making new calls to leads.
FollowUpBoss launched a beta feature that we're testing for them that announces our brokerage as the caller when dialing out from the dialer. This is carrier specific to the person (the inquiring lead) who is receiving the call. Right now, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint (roughly 70% of consumers) will announce our calls as Bramlett Residential when we dial to them from the FUB dialer. Verizon is expected to roll out soon. This will bring the total as close to 100% as we should care to track.
Here's what this looks like:
.~~~~~ Why does this matter to us? ~~~~~
Our marketing efforts drive warm inbound leads. These consumers know who we are and they want to talk to us. Many consumers hate answering unknown numbers (and they don't know your phone number.) This feature will increase the rate at which consumers pick up the phone. This is another good reason to always use the FUB Dialer when making your initial calls and your follow up calls to new leads.- Categories
