Margaret was a true pleasure to work with! I wanted to take advantage of a hot market and sell my current condo. When I listed my condo, I was out of town on an extended stay in a completely different part of the country. Margaret took charge right away, getting a professional cleaning service to tidy up, as well as offer personalized staging of the place. She added just the right touches to make the place appealing for all audiences. My condo sold in just over a week thanks to Margaret’s quick action and strong advertising.  I found Margaret Jolly to be unusually qualified in every way, from her academic background, to her specific knowledge of real estate in our local area of Taylor, in addition to Austin.  While I appreciated her aesthetic eye in assisting decisions regarding how to best “show” the house, what really sets Margaret apart, in my estimation, was her dedication and hard, physical work she was willing to put forth, coupled with an attentive and listening ear, sensitive to what I was saying and willing to act on it.  She was always within easy reach for communications, and answered any questions I had quickly and completely.  Last, but certainly not least, my home was under contract two days after it went “live” – we closed in one month!  I wholeheartedly recommend Margaret Jolly!
