I recently worked with Joe Gage from Bramlett Residential to sell an investment property in Austin. I am based in San Diego, so I had to do this entirely remotely.
The market wasn’t great, but Joe helped me navigate through the whole process, right from tenant move out, repair works and helped me prepare the home in the best and most cost effective way to appeal to the buyers. I think his pricing was also spot on. He took care of finding all the repair crew, all I had to do was to approve the repairs. He took care of following up with repair crew. Overall, he was on top of things and executed flawlessly. The entire process was painless and couldn’t have gone any smoother considering that I was remote.
He kept me informed throughout the process, gave unbiased opinions. He genuinely looked at for my interests, rather than trying to make a quick sale. He stuck the right balance by being proactive without being pushy. At one point, I was thinking of backing out and he encouraged me to stay.
Being remote without someone like Joe, it would have been a very difficult process to manage this sale in this tough environment. If I had to do this again, I would definitely go with Joe. I also really appreciate his newsletters, very informative.

Rob Gordon from Bramlett Residential is fantastic! I truly believe we would not have sold our home as quickly or for as good of a price if it hadn’t been for Rob. He really understands real estate and is extremely good at what he does. This was our first experience selling a house and Rob patiently walked us through every step of the process. He took time to explain the market, his strategy, and all the paperwork. When it came time to negotiate he went to bat for us. We recently had Rob Gordon’s help selling our house. The only advice anyone could give us about selling a house was “make sure you get a really good relator.” Rob was everything we were hoping for and more. From the first phone call it was clear we were working with an industry expert and a wonderful human. During the whole process he was clear in his communication, flexible with our timeline and schedule, and handled everything seamlessly.
We listed our house the same weekend that many others hit the market and Rob helped make our house stand out. He had a designer come to help stage and a professional photographer to capture the best photos for the listing. We had 3 offers in 6 days and one for over asking price!! Some other homes that listed at the same time are still sitting on the market weeks later.
He kept us well informed throughout the process and advocated for our best interests the whole way along. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else here in Austin! Our only complaint is that we can’t take him with us to help us buy our new house that is out of the state!!
Jean Holm, who works for Bramlett Realty, is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have had twelve real estate transactions over the last 50 + years. Jean was far and away, head and shoulders over anyone else I have dealt with. She is an expert and knowing the market and the neighborhood. She gave me great advice and all the information I asked for, and I asked for a lot. Her response time to my calls and texts was beyond anything I would have expected. I initially called her about listing my house when Austin prices were at their peak. Packing up for staging took me months, my issue, and consequently I missed the window for a big sale. But I was determined to move and Jean helped me understand the changes occuring in the market and the best approach for my situation. She spent an incredible amount of time with me. My wife and I were looking for a home for a very special reason and we were short on time. We met with Haval and he immediately put us at ease. Abby was great to work with. In my experience listing agents often seem to disappear after they have the listing. Abby worked tirelessly to help us get the house sold in a difficult market. Abby remained in contact, offered great advice that helped us market the home and skillfully walked us through closing with a buyer who continued to attempt to negotiate up until the day of closing. Abby is an Austin native who knows the market and the city well, and she’s a really nice person.

When I reached out to a few other agents to inquire about selling my condo, Kasey responded immediately and next day she came to visit my property to provide assessment. She was extremely knowledgeable about the complication that I had with the HOA and the building structure and confident we were able to sell.
Soon I sign the contract with her, I was introduced to her team. Her team was proactive and professional and extremely well organized. Staging, photos, etc. went really smoothly and their timeline was excellent. It did take us around 2.5 months for an offer, but there was a lot of competition in our neighborhood with similar condos and townhouses on the market.
