We recently purchased our first home. We worked with Xuan Redding of Bramlett. She was incredible to work. Being our first time to go through this process, she was so wonderful because she took the time explain everything to us. I don’t often write reviews but had to write a review for Xuan Redding at Bramlett Residential Real Estate. Xuan is an excellent realtor that knows the market well and provides great insight as to what is worth buying and what is not. Based on just a few meetings and reviewing a few properties, Xuan knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find a great deal for me. I felt at ease very quickly when working with Xuan. Xuan gives no pressure but gives sound advice treating my money as if it were her own. I trust Xuan to do the right thing and to advise in an honest way. She is not just focussing on a sale like so many are these days, she even went above and beyond to get me a discount on the house I got without me even asking for it! Now that is incredible!
It had been a while since I had bought a property and Xuan led and drove through the entire process, helping to coordinate with inspector, title company and lender facilitating almost everything. Xuan provided lists of choices for title company, inspectors and lenders but in no way pressured me to use any of them. Xuan also spent time to create videos to explain parts of the process that needed additional explanations (Contracts etc). She was happy to do in person or over the phone but I was busy traveling so this made it very convenient for me. The explanations were very clear and concise.
I cannot recommend Xuan enough! Whether you are looking for your own home or property investor, Xuan is the one for you!

The first time we met with Xuan, what should have been a short meet-and-greet consultation ended up being a 3 hour long chat on a Friday night—and that’s all it took for me to be obsessed!
We came from using Redfin’s agents to Xuan, and I have to say that the level of service couldn’t have been more different. Right from day one with Xuan, we already had a better and more comprehensive view of what the entire process from start to finish should look like. I am quite a picky customer, and she was top notch with her communication and explanations every step of the way.
Sadly, we were able to find a house with her SO quickly (in the dream neighborhood that I’d written off as unaffordable, no less!) that our relationship did not get to last as long as I would’ve liked. We spent 3 months and 4 offers with Redfin, but with Xuan we got our first accepted offer in less than a week. But, the house we found was worth the trade off.
Xuan is a skilled negotiator, and we were happy to find that her analysis jived with our own in every case. She joined us on closing day and made sure to ask any questions we hadn’t. She even brought us a wonderful basket to celebrate our closing. Since closing, she has remained communicative and responsive to my questions and has provided us with many recommendations on contractors.

All I have to say is that Xuan’s was amazing and I would recommend Xuan to anyone looking for a home in Austin area.

Xuan is an amazing realtor who always has her clients wants and needs as a priority. She helped me find an amazing duplex back in 2012 that has amazing cash flow and I was not even in the market to buy. It does not matter if you’re buying, selling, investing or renting she does it all!!
