Eric is an amazing realtor. He is knowledgeable of the market, detail oriented and his help was invaluable in ensuring our home buying process went smoothly and that we found the perfect place for us. He was referred to me by a close friend and did a wonderful job throughout our first home buying process. First, he set us up with a personalized search on his website that had the locations and prices we were interested in. This helped us out in not having to waste our time by visiting places that were obviously not a fit, but also not searching ourselves since they were delivered to our inbox. Once we narrowed it down and found the home right for us, he guided us through the offer process. After some back and forth with the seller (all handled by Eric) our offer was accepted. After that, we were 45 days away from owning a home. Having moved to Austin 6 months ago, it seemed like a daunting task to secure everything I needed in a short period of time. Being approved for a loan, finding an inspector, handyman, house cleaner, tree trimmer and the multitude of other contacts I needed but didn’t have, Eric had them all. If I wanted a second opinion, he had that too. Did I mention my wife and I had a previously planned 2 week international trip during all of this? No? Well, it still all went smoothly and we closed on time. Eric checked in regularly with updates and was always available by email. Eric was there for the closing and made himself available after the sale for any items we needed. I would definitely use Eric when we sell our new home that I’m now typing this review in. I can’t guarantee it will be anytime soon though, since we plan on staying for quite some time.
