KRISTIN WELLBORN!!!
I just want to say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kristin while purchasing our first home. She was especially great with her communication and her availability was outstanding. Anytime we needed help with something or had questions, she was very prompt in following up and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way.
As we were set to close on July 10th, there was an unfortunate mis-hap and a leak during repairs. Therefore, our closing date was pushed back to July 27th. Yet, even through that very stressful time period, Kristin was there to help us keep everything on track.
She was able to help organize repairs, stay in touch with the agent and seller, and follow up with us constantly as well. Talk about multi-tasking! Not to mention, we obviously aren't her only clients, so that really shows how dedicated she is to everyone.
I can't wait to get the word out, refer as many people as possible, and hopefully work with her again in the future on our next home search!
