Me and my wife’s interactions and process with Vicki Duran went quite smoothly. This was our first time investing in a property. Vicki was extremely helpful in helping us understand the process and what all we needed to do to prepare for the closing. I guess this is probably part of her job, but it meant a lot to us. She promptly provided responses to all our questions, as she understood that this was all new for us. She welcomed us to reach out to her with any questions or concerns we may have. I also think that without Vicki’s help and guidance, we would have felt pretty lost trying to understand all the different pieces of the process.
