Coleen is amazing–she’s incredibly good at what she does. She approaches the housing decision with both a strategic and data-driven foundation and a level of empathy and compassion for each individual buyer and seller’s needs that make her a joy to work with. Not only did she help me find my dream home quickly and within budget, she first helped me better understand what I was looking for so that I could recognize my dream home when we found it. In the negotiation and closing processes, she was diligent, responsive, and insightful. She answered all of my questions immediately and confidently. When she needed to, she was a tough and shrewd representative of my interests. I don’t know when I’ll next be looking for a home, but I would not work with anyone other than Coleen.
