My partner and I recently closed on our home and we’re grateful that we had Jen and her team helping us through the process! As first-time home buyers who were trying to get into the crazy Austin market we were preparing for a stressful process. Fortunately we found Jen who was able to alleviate those concerns. She initially helped map out what we should expect the process to look like, and outlined some unique aspects of the current market to help us set realistic expectations. She kept things running smoothly from our initial home searching, all the way through our closing.
Jen’s entire team was fantastic to work with. We were out-of-state home buyers, and were lucky enough to have David provide virtual tours and provide his own thoughts and anecdotes on each of the homes that interested us. This gave us a tremendous amount of confidence in buying remotely, and helped minimize the travel required for us to execute on a home.
We also had the pleasure of working with Rachel, and particularly appreciated the CMAs that she performed to help us make competitive offers, and compare homes in a fast paced market. She was able to provide a ton of information about different areas around Austin and the housing trends that are unique to the area.
Overall, the team had fantastic communication and worked super quickly, keeping us up to date on the status of our offers, upcoming deadlines, and the next steps that we should anticipate. They made the process smoother and more pleasant than we expected, and helped us land a home that we love!
We can’t thank Jen and the team enough, it’s hard to imagine going through this process without them! We’d gladly work with them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Austin area.
