We were fortunate to find Tara McGuire from Bramlett Residential as our realtor.  A friend who had a great experience with Bramlett Residential introduced us to this real estate firm and the owner referred us to Tara who is one of their experienced realtors.  We were thankful that Tara was able to expertly and safely guide us through the processes of selling our home of 25 years in the volatile Austin market during the extra difficult times of Covid. She laid out a written day-by-day plan, outlining all of the critical checkpoints and events that were required leading up to a successful closing. She leveraged her team who followed up regularly to help us with all of the paperwork and handle all of the details. We were never out of the loop on the status of our sale, and when we had questions or concerns, Tara was quick to respond. In the end, the house listed on a Thursday, the final offers were in on Monday, and we accepted an offer on Tuesday.  Our expectations were exceeded, not only with the level of service we received but with the final price we accepted.
