My parents, who reside in a city 200 miles away, had to sell their house due to poor health. Nancy was chosen to represent them as their realtor and she did a fantastic job. She arranged the minor repairs and painting needed to show the house and fought for my parents, and won, when the prospective buyers attempted to take advantage of my parents’ situation and drive down the price.
