Eric and his team took care of selling our house during the covid pandemic. We were pretty stressed about selling during this time – whether the market was good, germs from all the traffic in our house, etc. Eric had great info and stats on the current market and advice on how to minimize covid exposure.

We decided to leave town to avoid all the germs, and they handled everything for us- professional photos, initial listing and open house. We ended up with multiple offers over list price and higher than any neighborhood comp. We stayed out of town during the entire contract and Eric and his team handled everything. They kept in constant contact and were very responsive when we had questions. They helped set up a mobile notary in rural Colorado for the closing- was super convenient and easy.
