Eric Bramlett’s company came to my rescue 2 years ago. I had recently purchased a very nice condo on south Lamar in a prime location. I was assured I would have no problem renting it. The first realtor told me she would not be available to show on weekends because of her busy social life. The second realtor after finding someone who moved out after the first month suggested that I 1) drastically lower the rent and 2) suggested I sell it for less than I paid for it 2 months earlier.
I contacted Bramlett and knew immediately that his company represented a different and much higher level of professionalism. They assured me that my investment was a good one and then proceeded to screen tenant’s and find someone suitable at my original asking price. I have stayed with Bramlett’s company through 2 other tenancies, and my husband and I have our other properties with him as well.
His company is solution oriented and his representatives can be counted on to give practical and realistic advice. The level of service is outstanding compared to my previous experiences. I can always either reach my representative or be assured of a timely return call. I can give the Bramlett company the highest recommendation to anyone who is considering it.
