Yesterday I closed on the sale of my home in Allandale. This is the third time I have used Eric and Bramlett Real Estate and could not have been happier.
Eric’s team is top notch and very thorough. From staging direction and execution, to high end photos and video, and a robust social media presence, Eric and his team made the sale very seamless.
Furthermore, Eric was great to work with as he watches the economic indicators very closely, and as the COVID pandemic started setting in days after we listed the house, Eric and his teams knowledge of what was happening made the process easier and more predictable about what we should expect. They were more focused on me as a customer and not on ” getting the sale”. Many times they would advise if it doesn’t move, we should wait until the market is better for you. They cared about the relationship.
As I look to buy, Kasey on his team has been amazing with her knowledge of the market and I look forward to working with her and Eric.
