My family has known Betsy Gallahger for about 8 years. Her helping me sell the Condo, closed earlier this week, was our 3rd transaction. The 1st was my Mom tried to sell the Condo, Betsy was the listing agent, and eventually took it off the market after a few months. After I heard of this non – sale I bought the Condo from my Mom and Betsy was my Agent for the purchase in 2012. Fast forward to 2019. My elderly Mom moved in with my wife and I in Houston TX. I put the Condo up for Sale in November after updating and prepping the Condo for sale with her Concierge service. In my life, I have bought and sold 6 properties, so I have a little experience on how the residential real estate business works. I have to say….. I have never seen a Realtor go the EXTRA mile in customer service, attention to detail, working for her Client and problem solving. I can tell stories of how Betsy gave her own free time and expense to correct a problem, either to help my aging Mom move out items to storage to de-clutter for a listing or go to the Condo, very recently, and clean up a mess the HOA urgently claimed was mine days before the close. I would recommend Betsy to anyone in the Austin TX real estate market for extraordinary customer service, expertise, knowledge of the market and professionalism. I consider Betsy a good friend I can trust and my only regret is I do not have another Property to sale with Betsy’s help. To that end, Betsy and I will keep in contact for good buys as an investor if the right deal comes along.
