When I determined I was selling a home during covid I was obviously nervous since it would be a new experience for everyone. I worked with Simon Vand as my realtor and found him to be flexible, understanding and when we didn’t know how certain updated processes would impact our ability to close he jumped into action to find out. I appreciate how responsive he was as home selling can be so stressful and waiting for someone to get back to you with critical info is the worst! I highly recommend working with him during covid and beyond as my experience was awesome and easy!
