We were moving from CA, and after a few conversations with Betsy, she knew exactly what we wanted, by listening to us. We came out on our only home visit, and every home we saw fit our needs, and by the afternoon, we fell in love with our soon to be home. No time was wasted, and we were grateful, because we had to pack so much in a small amount of time. She even negotiated a deal, I didn’t think was possible with a new home builder saving us thousands! When it came down to find a temporary rental until our home was built…I trusted her completely. She negotiated a short term lease, in an area we highly desired. We are renting from the home right now and could not be any more satisfied!
