Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased.
The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. He made sure that we controlled the climate of what houses we wanted to see and continued to encourage us along the way when it felt like everything was moving slowly.
The third thing is he is a great communicator. He always messaged us back timely and checked in on us to see if we had questions throughout the week when we were browsing. And as soon as we wanted to see a home he would immediately make an appointment to view it. This was extremely important to us because my husband and I are in the military and so we were not in Texas during the entire process. Carlos actually drove one hour North of Austin everytime we wanted him to view a home for us and he would FaceTime and send videos of the home so we could see them.
All in all I could not recommend Carlos more to anyone! Thank you for guiding us through the purchase of our first home.
