I have worked with Betsy for over 6 years as our agent in purchasing rental homes in the Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, Round Rock and Austin area. She listens, gives productive feedback, and has tremendous knowledge of area comps in both sales and rental prices. While we have closed on 16 properties over the years she has probably shown us 100. Betsy is our leasing agent as well and we have never gone beyond 6 weeks without a tenant, often the turn around time is less than two weeks! I don’t know how many more purchases are in our future but the rental market is strong and we will continue to use Betsy as our listing agent. We have recommended her to multiple friends and they are all pleased with the results.
