I highly recommend Yolanda Johnson @ Bramlett as a real estate agent! She was incredibly patient and very kind and helpful in every way. My husband became ill and in order to provide the care he needed, I needed to sell our home – I was willing to simply walk away from it but Yolanda came to see me on a Saturday and explained the current situation with the market – she said she could help me and to at least let her try. I trusted her from the beginning – she listed my house on a Thursday and I had a contract on Saturday. We closed on the day she told me we would close and everything went so smooth and she was there to explain everything to me along the way – If I ever need a realtor again, she will be my very first choice!
