I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tara McGuire, realtor at Erick Bramlett Residential Real Estate.  I have had the privilege of working with Tara not only in listing/selling but also buying.  She is the foremost expert when it comes to any type of real estate.  I have brought/sold a townhouse, brought/sold a high rise condo and have brought/sold a residential house.  Tara far exceeded my expectations and always found the perfect client for my residence to buy or the perfect client for my residence in selling.

I could not ask for a more seasoned professional.  Knowing the right price, the right time and of course the right market, she has always gotten me the best price.  Hopefully this time I will stay put but if I do want to move again, I can tell you my first call would be to Tara.
