Annette Patterson made home-buying fun! She was excited to find things I was asking for, found out everything about the homes we looked at, and gave honest advice – she not only guided me to my family’s perfect home, but kept me away from potential disasters. Annette goes above and beyond – when we closed on our home it’s cleanliness wasn’t up to her standards and she cleaned it herself! During the 2021 ice storm, she dropped everything she was doing and found emergency rentals for nurses whose homes were damaged. She is the best, and awesome to work with.
