He understood my requirements and set up searches and gave me unbiased feedback on the properties , like how fiduciary does. He also understood that time is of the essence when it comes to finding property information such as surveys, plat map etc from the seller agent and writing offers. He met with me two times and even though I am purchasing the property from out of state I felt very comfortable about the area by leaning on his expertise.
