We chose Eric based on his high reviews and he definitely lived up to them. We had a great experience working with him and his team. We got only good advice and sold our house quickly and with minimal disruption. Eric made all the right decisions and jumped on potential problems before they became major issues. He was very attentive, answered every call and email, and even worked on his vacation when something came up. Bailey was also super professional and tirelessly helped us make our transition.
