Vicki Duran is hands down the best agent we could have asked for! My husband and I recently closed on our first house, in North Austin, and in the current market the process was even more of an emotional rollercoaster than usual. Vicki came highly recommended from friends and I would say that their glowing reviews did not even do her justice. She truly makes you feel as though you are her top priority, even though she juggles a number of clients, and even though we were new to the process and had a lot of very “newbie” questions. She’s savvy and experienced and creative–all major plusses in this intimidating market.
