Once our offer was accepted, she communicated multiple times with our finance company right up until the day of closing to make sure nothing fell through the proverbial cracks. After closing she even provided us with information about the companies we would need to contact to set up utilities, since the property we bought was in a different county.  In addition to her exceptional skills as a realtor, Claire is also a genuinely kind and caring person. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, was very supportive, and was always available throughout the entire process.
