Andrew Hackemack has been an amazing realtor helping us find two great properties in downtown Austin over the past year. He has good knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Austin. Andrew has an engaging personality and took time to understand our specific interests in the properties, its layout, and architecture. This coupled with his honesty and integrity made us lean on him as the go-to person when we were looking for specific properties in a specific area of Austin. He has an excellent work ethic and is tenacious to peruse every lead possible. For our last property, he was aware of our interest in a specific property and vigilantly kept a watch. As soon as one opened up he hustled up, working smartly and in time to close the deal in a matter of days. Andrew Hackemack was great to work with! He was always fast to respond and proactive in getting our contract negotiated and executed. To give some more specifics, my wife and I were headed out of the country for a couple of weeks, but found a place Andrew was representing the day we were leaving. We were worried the place wouldn't be available when we got back, so decided to throw a hail mary and texted Andrew to see if he could show us the property before our flight. Sure enough, he was able to rearrange his schedule and got us in. While we were traveling we decided to move forward with the place. Andrew was extremely accommodating even though we kept going in and out of service, but made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Andrew!
