Ruth Powers is an outstanding Realtor with the highest work ethic and excellent communication skills. She's also most knowledgeable about her business and has a talent for explaining complex issues thoroughly in laymen's terms for someone like me. Ruth Powers has been my to-go Realtor the two times I have bought a home in Austin. And if I ever decide to buy a third home, she will absolutely be the person I will go to. I can't sing her praises enough. I highly recommend her. Ruth is absolutely top notch!
Purchasing or selling real estate can be a very frustrating experience especially if you don't live in the property area. There is need for meetings, showing, repairs and dealings that require your approval and to have your eyes on the property. My frustration ended when I decided to call Ruth Powers. I have used her services before so I knew of her high level of professionalism. But this time it was a compete package, the experience of having her involved in the improvements phase paid off dividends achieving a high level of presentation to this unit; which resulted in an immediate sale and a very well presented and efficient unit for the new owners. She was able to work with my contractor and have a positive impact in the final overall result. She represented her company and the realtors association as a team who care for our needs and was able to produce immediate positive results. Mrs. Powers have the expertise and she was able to take the time needed to produce great results. Ruth Powers is an AMAZING agent!!! She has helped me through three moves in the past 8+ years and each time she has exceed her efforts from the last time!!! Anyone wanting extraordinary service (and who doesn't) should sign up with Ruth!!! The most recent \above and beyond\ thing Ruth did was, after her car broken down, walk nearly 2 miles in the blazing heat to make sure she got to my house on time to show it to a prospective buyer! Not for one second did she even consider rescheduling the appointment - a mark of a very dedicated agent!!! This is only one of many, many things Ruth does to serve her clients! Ruth has been an agent for many years and knows how to apply what she has learned over the years and continues to seek new resources of information - she knows how to work the market in your favor!!!

As a former licensed realtor, I'm familiar with the buying and selling processes. When my husband and I decided it was time to engage a broker to purchase a new home, we chose Ruth Powers. I've known Ruth for many years. She assisted us with the purchase of an investment property ten years ago, so the choice for a realtor was a "no-brainer." My husband and I let her know we wanted a particular style of home for a certain price. Ruth was not only patient with us, but she also gave us a lot of options. We looked at a variety of locations. She recommended a builder and an area that we were not familiar with, never pushing us too hard. After a couple of years of contemplating, looking at several homes and neighborhoods, we found our dream home, with a view, at a great price. If you are a buyer, rest assured that Ruth is not in it for the money. She wants you to find the home that meets all your needs. Her goal is to have satisfied clients. We felt comfortable knowing that she was watching out for us. Once we found the home to buy, she was there for the walk through inspections, builder meetings, closing, etc. She was always available to coach us through the process, and she was a firm advocate for us when dealing with the builder. As a seller, she was meticulous about recommending ways to stage our home. Ruth spent a lot of time with me suggesting staging ideas for each room, repairs, even referring contractors. We had been in our home for over 20 years, so we had a big job, and Ruth was extremely helpful, even meeting contractors at the house when we were too busy. We were also very pleased

We have been working with Ruth E Powers with Realty Austin for about a year on finding a house in North Central Austin. She was great to work with! While it took awhile to find the right property (we were picky), she stuck with us. Ruth was very helpful. I don't know how many times we called on her to show us a listing but she was always there. I did a lot of research to find a realtor and company that is highly regarded in the community. I decided to go with Bramlett Residential Real Estate. I also selected a realtor who's name is Trey Blanco. You will not meet a nicer guy than Trey Blanco. Let's face it Car Salesman, Lawyers, and Real Estate agents make us all cringe because they are in it for themselves. Trey is the opposite. I found him by reading reviews and the reviews were spot on. Trey bent over backwards for me and accompanied me an hour out of Austin to check out new builds and responded to every request I had. I'm very picky and felt bad going from one house or idea to the next but he was right there with me. He introduced me to Austin and everything it has to offer since I just relocated from AZ. Trey also has a vast network of resources and connected me with a relator in AZ who was just as good as Trey who sold my house on the first day it hit the market. I'm so happy I met Trey.
