Sally Pierce is a wonderful, kind lady who knows her real estate business well. She is well connected in the real estate business and is great with new builds. Moving into Texas from out of state, I am in the process of completing two new houses (one a 1031 exchange and the other my residence) in Sun City Texas and Sally has been there to monitor the building process and keeping me posted on all the process including photos. Sally does not miss anything. As one building inspector said to me, “when you have Sally working with you, you have a bull dog on your side”. Sally is prompt and there for all important meetings even when I can’t be there.

Absolute max number of stars for Realty Austin and Sally. I went through a somewhat rough process with multiple builders and was working against a fast-approaching timeline. This was my first experience buying a house, so lots of new information to absorb in a short period. Sally expertly walked me through all of the different processes and decisions many many times over until I was assured of moving forward with the best possible decision I could have made. She even set up multiple reminders for me to follow up with sales/inspectors/building super etc. hence taking away any reasonable avenue to "yell at the real estate agent" for anything. Sally also provided various contacts for many things associated with the purchase; financing, inspections, and movers. It was critically invaluable to have her on my side much time as the point of contact with the builder or sales or site-super etc. due to my own work and travel schedule. Somehow she made it work. She also spent a lot of time helping with the walk-through and follow up and never missed a meeting! Sally was professional and always told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. She knew when to walk away, give me time to think, then we always did it her way (which was best). She is my niece, and I looked at her as in a Realtor position. When I disagreed, I usually voiced my opinion but still did it her way. It is easy to understand why she is outstanding at her job. She truly cares about people and wants what is best for them. I have seen her go over and beyond what is called for to help the customer. I have sold my last two homes to the first prospect with zero staging. This time the house needed help! She gave it the "facelift" it needed. She has found her calling in life. Sally is amazing....a true miracle worker. She is an incredible negotiator. She sold our home for $40,000 over asking after 1 weekend of open houses. She then was able to help us buy a new build with only 1% down and with a VA loan in todays competitive market. However, the best part about meeting Sally is that she is a very caring and honest person. We are lucky to have not only a talented realtor but a great new friend too. She is the best.
Sally was exceptional. She told us she is a very on hands Realtor and is that and more. She helped in every stage of selling our house. She went way above and beyond, especially since the buyers' Realtor was very lazy. She kept the deal from falling through by keeping in touch the best she could with the other Realtor, title company, and the buyer's lender to make sure all went well. There were hiccups that she made sure we're taken care of, and informed us of all issues throughout the process. She made sure that her company and us, her clients, were covered from any liability from the sale. We could not have done this without her knowledge and expertise. She also is very good at creating relationships through the process and even after the sale is made. We are blessed that we got her referred to us by a friend.
She's fantastic. The Buyer was even impressed and wished she was his agent. She was always offering a helping hand and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty to make sure the house was in tiptop shape before the buyers saw the property. She goes the extra mile, above and beyond.
Sally was on the ball. If I had a question, thought, or concern, there was always a quick turnaround. Being in a different time zone, I understood things lagged, yet she could get my requests at crazy hours and still get the information quickly. Not to mention, at every appointment, she was 5-10 early. She listened to the major concerns/needs I had as a client and was able to hone in on the properties that fit all those needs. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything that I wasn't already looking for already. She had the foresight. She was able to foresee problems that would arise with whatever information we had. Whether this was through the house selection process and determining the comps, through the inspections making sure we had all the right details, or just through time management and making sure everyone had time and knew what they needed to do. Her foresight allowed us to solve problems early on and make the whole buying process smooth. Lastly, her cheerful demeanor made it fun. And that's a breath of fresh air as buying a home can sometimes be exhaustive.

When I met Sally in an open house, she immediately understood my needs as a seller. Our connection in what my vision was and how she could help me and my family fell hand in hand. I never felt pressured to say yes. She eased me into a realistic time frame. Sally professionally updated me on the market changes since it had been over 9 years since my previous sale. She understood and listened to my need to sell quickly and immediately, and have a house for my family to move into. When the work was difficult to prepare for a sale, she was always by my side, literally. I never had a REALTOR that would lift a finger to help. She helped stage the house with her charm and expertise. It was the cleanest and prettiest home I ever had. She offered her expertise in pricing my home. When I said no, she said \How do you feel about this?\" We came to a comfortable amount backed by her research of other sales. She listened to my needs vs. my wants. We got a referral to Sally Pierce of Realty Austin through family. We wanted to move to the Austin area to be closer to our daughter. We contacted Sally, set up a phone appointment, and had a great talk with her about what type of home we wanted and where, and what the buying process in Texas would entail. A few weeks later, we made an initial trip to look at houses in person. Sally was helpful and kind, and she provided information on the communities we were interested in, in addition to showing us quite a few houses. At this point, we had not yet put our California home on the market, but Sally was great about keeping in touch with us and being patient, as we had to sell our California house before we could purchase in Texas. We finally sold our house and flew out to Texas again, this time to buy. Sally was there (and still is!) with us every step of the way, providing her great expertise and knowledge, along with kindness, laughter, and friendship. She is a top-notch real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and what their needs are. We highly recommend her and will definitely call her when the time comes to buy and/or sell again. In fact, we have introduced her to our daughter to use as her pending real estate agent in the coming months.

Our experience with Sally, which is still ongoing, has been nothing less than incredible! It has been quite a ride and she’s gone above and beyond every step of the way. We’ve recently closed on the sale of our home and are now actively looking for our next home, all with the assistance and expertise of Sally Jane! Last year, we had a horrible experience with a realtor, that resulted in us backing out on the sale of our home and the home we were passionate about buying.
