The small community features fewer than 400 homes and is split into two sections, Ridgepointe and Highlands. Homes in the Ridgepointe section are at the south end and offer three- to four-bedrooms, while all of the properties on the Highland side are four-bedroom homes. Sizes range from around 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.
