I don’t often write reviews but had to write a review for Xuan Redding at Bramlett Residential Real Estate. Xuan is an excellent realtor that knows the market well and provides great insight as to what is worth buying and what is not. Based on just a few meetings and reviewing a few properties, Xuan knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find a great deal for me. I felt at ease very quickly when working with Xuan. Xuan gives no pressure but gives sound advice treating my money as if it were her own. I trust Xuan to do the right thing and to advise in an honest way. She is not just focussing on a sale like so many are these days, she even went above and beyond to get me a discount on the house I got without me even asking for it! Now that is incredible!

It had been a while since I had bought a property and Xuan led and drove through the entire process, helping to coordinate with inspector, title company and lender facilitating almost everything. Xuan provided lists of choices for title company, inspectors and lenders but in no way pressured me to use any of them. Xuan also spent time to create videos to explain parts of the process that needed additional explanations (Contracts etc). She was happy to do in person or over the phone but I was busy traveling so this made it very convenient for me. The explanations were very clear and concise.

I cannot recommend Xuan enough! Whether you are looking for your own home or property investor, Xuan is the one for you!

It helps to have a go to realtor / team that can provide recommendations on everything real estate. I’ve worked closely with Steffan Schmieding. He was very responsive and knowledgeable of the market. I got all my questions answered and received the right recommendations on the property requested. Highly recommend!!

We were moving from CA, and after a few conversations with Betsy, she knew exactly what we wanted, by listening to us. We came out on our only home visit, and every home we saw fit our needs, and by the afternoon, we fell in love with our soon to be home. No time was wasted, and we were grateful, because we had to pack so much in a small amount of time. She even negotiated a deal, I didn’t think was possible with a new home builder saving us thousands! When it came down to find a temporary rental until our home was built…I trusted her completely. She negotiated a short term lease, in an area we highly desired. We are renting from the home right now and could not be any more satisfied! Betsy works hard by making sure you get what you want and is surprisingly (don’t be fooled by her smile) relentless in negotiating for you…that’s the type of realtor I want working for me.

We were introduced to Betsy by a family member (she helped him buy his condo) when we decided to relocate to the Austin area from the Midwest. From the beginning, she was responsive, helpful, and her knowledge of the Austin real estate market was impressive. We decided to rent for a few months, before buying a house. Betsy helped us find a great rental property. She took video of a couple of properties and we were able to select one with confidence even though we were out of state at the time. When we were ready, she helped us buy a home in Circle C. I cannot express how wonderful of an agent she was. She was indispensable during the entire process. Especially when the negotiation process got really difficult. This was our third time buying a home, and we had never used an agent before. I think we would have walked away from the deal had Betsy not been there to walk us through it all. To top it all off, Betsy even helped us find a new agent to sell our home in the Midwest! Our original agent was not working out and the house sat on the market for 5 months without a single offer. She interviewed agents and made a recommendation. After switching agents we got an offer within a week. We are now in the process of selling the house finally! Needless to say, we highly recommend Betsy Gallagher for buying or selling your home!
