Our partnership with Marcy began as we moved to Austin back in 2020. As new home buyers, we were clueless and Marcy took the time to make sure we were educated on the market and all the steps in the process… Leading to the purchase of our first home within our price range that we LOVED for 4 years.
Life happened and we needed to move and sell our home in 2024, Marcy was the obvious choice. Being on the other side of the sale, she was extremely patient with our questions, helped us find the right listing price, and worked endlessly on negotiation with our buyer to ensure everyone left the deal happy. It was a challenge with multiple other homes in our neighborhood on the market for weeks but with Marcy’s support and guidance, we sold our house in record time.

We recently purchased our first home. We worked with Xuan Redding of Bramlett. She was incredible to work. Being our first time to go through this process, she was so wonderful because she took the time explain everything to us. She was patient and genuinely positive as we took our time to find something that fit our needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the process, the industry, and her experience is evident. When we met challenges (there were a couple curveballs thrown our way) during the process, she was able to find solutions for us and help us close the perfect property. Hesper walked us through the selling process every step of the way. She answered my phone calls, texts and E-mails promptly. She always had a positive attitude no matter the circumstance. There were numerous tasks that were required follow up and she was on top of it. I was always informed as to the status of the transaction. We went under contract in 48 hours and over asking over price! I have recommended Hesper to everyone I know! She’s a true professional and a genuinely nice person.
When you buy a house sight-unseen in a town you have never lived in, you need to have complete trust in your Realtor. After the purchase, if you still love your Realtor-that says a lot! It says even more when you hire her again to sell a house in a town you don’t live in and she handles all of the extra things that come up and would be difficult to take care of when we don’t live in Waco. These were not million dollar homes, but she worked as if they were-we are SO GRATEFUL!
Hesper is amazing and it was truly a blessing to work with her! She was extremely knowledgeable through the process of purchasing our farm and she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Hesper is absolutely the best Realtor we have ever worked with and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Waco area!
I wouldn’t have my house if it wasn’t for Hesper. The market is brutal but Hesper is relentless and works tirelessly. I felt like giving up but Hesper never did. She found me the most beautiful house in a great area. It was not uncommon for her to be communicating with me into the evening and on weekends. She also responds quickly. I was out of state while working with her and she was my eyes and ears. I highly recommend her and love her to pieces.
Hesper was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process with a VA home loan and beyond helpful from beginning to end. She helped get us in our dream forever home. We are pleased and very grateful, she was a blessing to work with.
Hesper is very calm and reassuring. She makes you feel comfortable telling her about what your concerns and worries are and she will do everything to find out with expedience what the answers are. I really appreciated how much she held my hand through our home purchase as this was NOT our first home and we had bad experiences in the past which made me vow to never buy again. I would recommend Hesper to anyone with PTSD home owning experiences or who just wants a down to earth real person to help them buy their next home.

Nancy Henson is very knowledgeable and patient. She is truly working for you, to find the best suited house for your individual needs and wants. From the beginning of the house hunting process, I felt confident that Nancy had listened closely to my needs and kept them in mind throughout our house hunt. She worked tirelessly and reminded me often that I didn’t need to settle. She knows value and understands this crazy market we are in well. On a personal level, she went beyond what most realtors would do to make me feel supported during a very difficult time in my life. I often called her my guardian angel, because she went from being a stranger to being the reason that I found and secured my dream home for me and my three kids. She even took the time to give me several resources in the local community for special education and learning differences for my son. Nancy is a an exceptional realtor and an exceptional human being. I can’t sing her praises enough.

Nancy was there early in the morning, late at night and anytime in between. If we needed anything during our purchase she was there. You won’t get the run around and she won’t beat around the bush, she’ll give it to you straight. With the current housing climate, that’s exactly what we needed.
We looked at over 15 properties, submitted offers on 7 and in the end she fought for us and took no prisoners to get us the house we wanted.

Nancy was the best realtor for a first time home buyer. I didn’t know what to do or things I needed to look out for or anything! Nancy didn’t push me at all, but gently guided, gave expert advice, and stuck through with me till the very end. I am lucky to have had her as my realtor. I don’t think anyone else would have been as patient or considerate as I panicked and waffled. So easy going and kind! Even better than her kind nature, she really knew everything about houses. I have not yet started the process of looking at homes but can attest to Annie’s great communication skills. She always answers my questions. When the time comes, she will for sure represent me. Her knowledge of the area, coupled with her customer service, is what sets her apart from other agents. I used Kasey Gilliam as an agent for both the sale of my original house, and then the subsequent search for/purchase of my new house. Kasey has an accounting background and unlike most other agents I’ve worked with, is very organized, objective, and data-driven. For the sale of my original house, she prepared a detailed market analysis to determine pricing and presented a well thought out plan for the sale. In my case, however, it was her extensive contact list that ultimately brought a buyer to the table. For the new house purchase, she shared a trove of information about the neighborhoods I was interested in, and objectively pointed out positives and negatives of all the houses I looked at instead of simply trying to sell them. When I found one that I wanted to move on, she proved herself to be a shrewd negotiator. Throughout both transactions, she was very organized, remained in close contact, and helped me remember and complete all of the necessary tasks. In short, she was the best agent I have ever worked with and the only agent I would consider if I want to move again.

She was SO helpful and patient! Seriously! We looked at houses for months, ran into a small finance issue but she STILL didn’t make us feel as if we were an inconvenience. She kept saying “when you find the house, you’ll know it.” and that is EXACTLY what happened. When we were ready to roll, she was on the ball! The process of buying a house is frustrating, stressful, and exciting all at the same time. She took time out to even have breakfast with us and didn’t make us feel as if we were a check to her.

I called Lindsey when I was ready to sell my house. She came over and took pictures inside and out to post online and helped rearrange things to get the best pictures possible. The day she placed the for sale listing she had 3 inquiries to see the house within the first hour. The third couple to look at the house made a verbal offer that same day and had a written offer that I accepted 2 days later.
