Danny is amazing. We are first time home buyers and knew almost nothing going in other than what we could afford. Danny is patient and had references for mortgage companies, home inspectiors and specialty inspectors. He was able to negotiate on our behalf and guided us every step of the way from our staring offer to the day of move in. Didn’t matter the time of day, Danny was always available and made sure we understood everything we were signing. Buying a home is scary especially during pandemic but Danny made it seemless and went above and beyond to take care of us. Cannot speak highly enough of Danny.
Linda is very knowledgeable in the area and really helped me (out state buyer) to learn the important facts about the home locations that I was interested in. She provided great advice as part of the negotiation. She is very professional and dedicated to taking care of her customer. She even replied to one of my texts at 2AM in the morning! I highly recommend Linda if you are looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced agent who delivers results. After the closing date she is still following up with me to answer any questions and help me with finding services to take care of my new home.
We had a great experience with agent Kasey Gilliam, both coming and going! Kasey helped us find our lovely home five years ago, then helped us sell it again when we moved back east. She knows the market and has broad experience with Austin neighborhoods and homes. We trusted her advice — and she was always available when we had questions. She and her team kept our house safe and managed what felt like a million showings. We would happily work with Kasey again if we ever return to Austin, and are happy to sing her praises!

I recently closed on my first home and firmly believe it wouldn’t have happened without Sarah Spacek’s help and experience. She was patient with my many questions, provided a calming presence for me as a first-time home buyer, and always had my best interest in mind. Ruth helped us to view many houses and (over months) to make multiple offers in a really, really tough market for buyers. Our low bids were our own fault! Ruth’s guesses are always spot on. We finally had a bid accepted last month, and Ruth helped us re-negotiate after significant problems were discovered. Ruth has gone above and beyond for us, giving us far more time during this long search than we could reasonably have expected. She even helped us look for a rental when we’d basically given up. Her advice has always been immensely valuable and brutally honest. She is the most knowledgeable agent I’ve met on the Central Austin market. She also handled our stress well, and believe me, buying in Austin right now is stressful!
Vikki is incredible! She is a savvy businesswoman dedicated to her craft and her clients. When we first met Vikki, she got to work right away on finding our family a home that matched our preferences. She worked hard and sent us so many great options! She was quick to ask our opinion after viewing the property so that way she could continue tailoring the search. Danny’s communication, availability, and the ability to come up with active solutions is second to none. Danny was extremely helpful in countless situations; whether it was educating us on the buying process, the market, how contracts work, and everything in between (we were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions), Danny was always there to explain things to us in a way that made sense – even when we asked the same question multiple times. 🙂 He never made us feel like he was just trying to get us to buy anything and wasn’t afraid to give his opinion on homes when we asked for his advice based on what he had learned about our likes/dislikes and wants vs. needs. Oh, and let’s not forget Danny had to deal with the difficult seller after his agent refused to answer his or Danny’s calls at the end of the process. Shame on her indeed…but that didn’t phase Danny. I mean, the guy drove to the comptrollers office at 8am in the morning to update the seller’s LLC with little to no help from the other side. If that doesn’t speak to his professionalism, dedication, empathy, and loyalty I don’t know what does.

I contacted Yolanda Johnson on behalf of my parents, who were on the hunt for a comfy home they could spend their retirement years in.
