Our listing wasn’t moving which was frustrating, plus we had some troubles with the new home we had just closed on. If it weren’t for April Moreaux, we would have gone insane. Ruth helped us to view many houses and (over months) to make multiple offers in a really, really tough market for buyers. Our low bids were our own fault! Ruth’s guesses are always spot on.
