I had a rather non-traditional home purchase experience, living multiple states away from where I wanted to purchase a home. I was initially a bit skeptical of an agent being able to provide a great experience virtually for me, but after talking with Becky Welch, I was confident in her ability to facilitate my unique situation. She provided virtual tours and reached out to the seller on my behalf if I had questions regarding the videos shot. She was extremely patient with me and my specific price point I was willing to pay – even if it didn’t quite match market conditions. Throughout the months we worked together, she was easy to get ahold of and communicated frequently about the market, and when it came time to finally put an offer, walked me through the entire process so I understood every major beat we would encounter. Finally, as I was unable to attend the final walk-through inspection – she provided a very thorough video of the property, complete with issues that she found which may have deviated from when the original offer was made. As a whole, I couldn’t have been happier with Becky and expect to work with her again in the future!

This is our second time using Vicki. She helped us buy our first house in 2017 and was fantastic throughout that process. She made sure to keep the builder on target to complete as promised and made sure that whole process was painless and easy.
We ended up choosing a different realtor to sell that house in 2020 and honestly regretted it. I wish we had used Vicki at that time.
When we decided to move back to Austin I reached out to Vicki and she was again, amazing. Because of our busy life and my crazy work schedule, we weren’t able to actually go into Austin to find our house. We also ended up seeing the perfect house on the market a few months before we had decided to seriously start looking. In 24 hours, Vicki discussed the pros and cons of buying a house earlier than planned, set up a tour, and the toured the house for us. She then went again with my sister to make sure it was what we wanted.
We had a much more complicated process with this house- a lease back, difficulty with lenders, buying without ever setting foot in the house- and Vicki made it simple. I would definitely recommend her to anyone (and already have!)

After renting in Austin since 2012, Corrine Elgin turned me into an Austin homeowner! This wasn’t easy, as I picked the most challenging period in recent history to be a homebuyer. Also given the parameters that I didn’t want to move to the outskirts of town to be far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Corrine spent many hours each day gathering houses to consider, creating a list to visit, and driving me to probably close to 30 houses over roughly a month. We made offers on five houses that I recall, as Corrine guided me through that challenging process. And while I was approaching the point of giving up, Corrine refused to do the same — so thankful, as it resulted in the offer on the 5th house being accepted! Every step of the way she made me feel confident enough to keep battling and it paid off. I couldn’t have done it without her.

It was wonderful to work with Molly Parks in purchasing my first home and an investment property. She made the process smooth and easy (or at least as smooth and easy as home purchasing can be). She was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule and was able to arrange showings at all times of the day.
With Molly’s help and guidance, I was able to see a home, make an offer, and have it accepted all in the same day. Additionally, she was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit on both properties to get them below asking, which is no easy task in the competitive Austin real-estate market. Additionally, she helped me get my leases set up for the investment property and provided valuable advice related to management of the property after the completion of the purchase.

Jan Daum met us initially as we were looking at a historic home and we sure hit the realtor jackpot meeting her! Molly is an outstanding real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to be connected to her through a mutual personal trainer. I had been renting for years, and was interested in finally investing in my own home. Knowing I was a first-time home buyer, she went above and beyond in providing me with a binder and sitting down with me and explaining everything to me. I could take the binder home, make notes, contact her with questions, and she was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge on all the details of searching for homes, putting in offers, and the process of closing. Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn’t even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.
While looking to buy my first home in ATX I partnered up with Corrine Elgin as my realtor. Corrine made the whole buying process easy to understand, with so many steps she guided me through timelines and expectations along the way. She always responded quickly to my questions, as well as if I wanted to go check out houses on my lunch break she made it happen. I started working with Elken summer of 2020. I had just moved to Austin and had no idea where to start looking given my tight budget and all the bidding wars happening.
