I don’t often write reviews but had to write a review for Xuan Redding at Bramlett Residential Real Estate. Xuan is an excellent realtor that knows the market well and provides great insight as to what is worth buying and what is not. Based on just a few meetings and reviewing a few properties, Xuan knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find a great deal for me. I felt at ease very quickly when working with Xuan. Xuan gives no pressure but gives sound advice treating my money as if it were her own. I trust Xuan to do the right thing and to advise in an honest way. She is not just focussing on a sale like so many are these days, she even went above and beyond to get me a discount on the house I got without me even asking for it! Now that is incredible!
It had been a while since I had bought a property and Xuan led and drove through the entire process, helping to coordinate with inspector, title company and lender facilitating almost everything. Xuan provided lists of choices for title company, inspectors and lenders but in no way pressured me to use any of them. Xuan also spent time to create videos to explain parts of the process that needed additional explanations (Contracts etc). She was happy to do in person or over the phone but I was busy traveling so this made it very convenient for me. The explanations were very clear and concise.
I cannot recommend Xuan enough! Whether you are looking for your own home or property investor, Xuan is the one for you!
My husband and I moved from out of state, and we worked with Sarah Crowson to find our apartment. She was fantastic to work with, and I will recommend her to all my friends! She toured the apartments for us and took detailed videos of each property. Our listing wasn’t moving which was frustrating, plus we had some troubles with the new home we had just closed on. If it weren’t for April Moreaux, we would have gone insane.
