Life happened and we needed to move and sell our home in 2024, Marcy was the obvious choice. Being on the other side of the sale, she was extremely patient with our questions, helped us find the right listing price, and worked endlessly on negotiation with our buyer to ensure everyone left the deal happy. It was a challenge with multiple other homes in our neighborhood on the market for weeks but with Marcy’s support and guidance, we sold our house in record time.

Meagan is a great Real Estate agent. She finds properties that other agent over look. She asked what we wanted in a home and she found it for us at our price point. I really liked working with a pure professional like Meagan and would recommend her to all buying or selling a home.
I used Kasey Gilliam as an agent for both the sale of my original house, and then the subsequent search for/purchase of my new house. Kasey has an accounting background and unlike most other agents I’ve worked with, is very organized, objective, and data-driven. For the sale of my original house, she prepared a detailed market analysis to determine pricing and presented a well thought out plan for the sale. In my case, however, it was her extensive contact list that ultimately brought a buyer to the table. For the new house purchase, she shared a trove of information about the neighborhoods I was interested in, and objectively pointed out positives and negatives of all the houses I looked at instead of simply trying to sell them. When I found one that I wanted to move on, she proved herself to be a shrewd negotiator. Throughout both transactions, she was very organized, remained in close contact, and helped me remember and complete all of the necessary tasks. In short, she was the best agent I have ever worked with and the only agent I would consider if I want to move again.
Bailey Moran is the bee’s knees. She has helped us with our real estate needs for the past decade. She knows her stuff and delivers everything in a very friendly manner. Throughout the whole process of buying and selling I alway come away feeling like I am chatting with a friend instead of making a huge financial transaction. I can’t recommend her enough.

Trey is the opposite. I found him by reading reviews and the reviews were spot on. Trey bent over backwards for me and accompanied me an hour out of Austin to check out new builds and responded to every request I had.
I’m very picky and felt bad going from one house or idea to the next but he was right there with me. He introduced me to Austin and everything it has to offer since I just relocated from AZ. Trey also has a vast network of resources and connected me with a relator in AZ who was just as good as Trey who sold my house on the first day it hit the market.

I had the good fortune of meeting Ruth twenty-one years ago when she was my agent and I bought my first house. Her knowledge of Austin communities and surrounding areas was so helpful. Despite the tough market and long timeframe of my place being on the market, Jeremy Vandermause made things so much easier all things considered.
