My husband and I used Jan Daum as our Real Estate Agent when we sold our home in Georgetown Texas.
From the beginning, Jan was such a joy to work with. We told her what we were trying to do and she immediately, went to work on making it happen. She was so informational about what we needed to do. Anything from staging, cleaning and making necessary repairs to help the home sell. She explained to Who, what, where, when, and why in every step.
She came by the house, almost daily, to make sure everything was ok and if there were problems, she took care of it.
We dealt with some very rude buyers who were demanding, and she took care of everything we ran into.
She made selling the house a joy and we were very comfortable with her during the process because we knew she knew what she was doing.
We have purchased 3 houses during our lifetime, and I assure you, I wouldn’t let anyone else, ever, handle a sale of a home except Jan. We have had real estate agents who were rude, pushy and lazy and Jan changed our opinions of agents. She will get all of our business and anyone else looking for a real estate agent.
