I had a rather non-traditional home purchase experience, living multiple states away from where I wanted to purchase a home. I was initially a bit skeptical of an agent being able to provide a great experience virtually for me, but after talking with Becky Welch, I was confident in her ability to facilitate my unique situation. She provided virtual tours and reached out to the seller on my behalf if I had questions regarding the videos shot. She was extremely patient with me and my specific price point I was willing to pay – even if it didn’t quite match market conditions. Throughout the months we worked together, she was easy to get ahold of and communicated frequently about the market, and when it came time to finally put an offer, walked me through the entire process so I understood every major beat we would encounter. Finally, as I was unable to attend the final walk-through inspection – she provided a very thorough video of the property, complete with issues that she found which may have deviated from when the original offer was made. As a whole, I couldn’t have been happier with Becky and expect to work with her again in the future!
