Luis Urista is one of “the” best realtors in the Austin, Round Rock, and Pflugerville Texas markets. He is very well versed in the area, understands how to price a home competitively, and is very dependable. I have personally sold 4 homes and the home that Luis represented us on was the easiest to sell and obtain a profit –which I attribute to his expertise. When my family and I relocated to the Houston market, Luis was willing to accompany us in looking for our next home because he understands the value of buying a home that will turn into a valuable asset. There aren’t enough positive adjectives for me to describe Lindsey’s working style. If I *HAD* to pick 5 I’d say she is Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clear, Dependable and Patient. She sold me my first ever property last spring and made sure to address every question I had, never making me feel silly for asking it, or not knowing. A little over a year later, when my work took me from Austin to NYC Lindsey made the process of identifying a tenant seamless. In fact, I left for NYC almost immediately, and Lindsey took care of everything back in Austin. We worked with agent Kristin Wellborn. This was our fifth house bought/sold over the past 28 years and Kristin is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with (not even close). In this case, we were buyers. Kristin possesses incredible knowledge about the Austin area. We resided in another state (1,400 miles away) and had to purchase our house without being able to visit in person. We completely relied on her understanding of the various towns and neighborhoods. She sent us many, many videos and frank assessments about the myriad properties for sale that she visited on our behalf. Kristin respected our wishes concerning the purchase process (no bidding wars!) and in the end negotiated a great deal on our behalf, below both list and the lender-appraised value. Our offer to the seller was based on well-researched comparables and was immediately accepted. (BTW: we were not “high-end” buyers; our purchase price was about average for Austin. Rest assured: Kristin will work tirelessly on your behalf regardless of your price level.) She kept in constant contact with us, seven days a week. Honestly, it would be impossible to find a more dedicated agent.
We have had the privilege of working with Eric Engberg ( with Eric Bramlett Real Estate) on more than one occasion and he is outstanding. We first met him when we began to relocate to the austin area from Seattle. It was a scary time, but he was so patient and informative ( what he does not know, he will make sure to find out!) he treated us more like family than clients and got us a great deal on a fantastic home that suited all of our needs. When it was time to get a bigger home that we wanted to build, he was right there for us and even helped us navigate while we switched builders early in the process. Most recently in 2020, we chose to sell our first home in Avery ranch and Eric got us the best price in record time just as Covid hit! He’s a miracle worker and a lifelong friend and realtor!
I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Kristin Wellborn! She made this transition from Oregon to Texas seamless. My husband and I have bought and sold a few homes in Oregon the past 7 years, and moving out of state was easier than those transactions were, and that was all thanks to Kristin. She has a way of balancing being professional, incredibly responsive, so helpful, and also extremely caring the entire time. We moved to Georgetown in July from out of state and had lots of questions about the region and the housing market. We were very impressed with Lauren Yoder. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer or return phone calls. She guided us through the process seamlessly. As soon as we raised a question about any part of the process she explained or if anything needed made phone calls seeking clarification from others.
Lauren helped us complete the purchase of our house while closing from over a 1000 miles away. She sent us video of the walk thru prior to closing, and made smooth a variety of issues. I would strongly recommend her to anyone selling or buying real estate.
Our family recently moved to Austin from out-of-state. We loved working with Kasey Gillam. Kasey is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. She helped us find our new home (on a tight time line before the start of school). She was extremely patient as we constantly changed our parameters.
Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match!

She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren’t on our list but that she thought we’d like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close.
