Crystal Hirst was beyond the perfect fit for us. She communicated well, she was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. What I loved the most was that she advocated for us and asked questions on our behalf we didn’t even think to ask. She watched our back and made sure every move we made was calculated and careful. Becky is fantastic! We had multiple job-related relocations domestically and overseas in the past. Moving to Austin from the east coast was a relocation we did ourselves. We found Bramlett through online searches and liked Becky at the very first phone call. She was always ready for us, providing essential information and professional reviews. She was our eyes for the tour(s) of the property, our analyst with in-depth knowledge, and our trusted advisor for the process. We signed the contract without seeing the property in person, loved it when we visited, and closed the purchase remotely. We will love our new home in Austin. We are looking to relocate from CA to TX and was looking for a reliable local agent in TX to help us through the process. I called Eric Bramlett Real Estate after reading all the raving reviews on Yelp. Patrick Hallett was the one I got connected with and he had been such help for me throughout the entire house hunting process. The welcome to the neighborhood emails have been really informative and the regular newsletters give us a good idea and keeps us up to date on the current market situations. He is punctual, professional, responsive, and always ready to help. Since we are still in CA in the process of moving, many things had to be done remotely. Patrick was really my boots on the ground and helped me to take videos tours of houses, live stream the new home orientations and communicate with the builder’s rep to ensure the process go as smoothly as possible. He’s even helping to pick up the keys and hold on to them until we get there. I am happy to say that the house closed on time and everything went without hiccup. Thank you Patrick for such wonderful service!

There aren’t enough positive adjectives for me to describe Lindsey’s working style. If I *HAD* to pick 5 I’d say she is Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clear, Dependable and Patient. She sold me my first ever property last spring and made sure to address every question I had, never making me feel silly for asking it, or not knowing. A little over a year later, when my work took me from Austin to NYC Lindsey made the process of identifying a tenant seamless. In fact, I left for NYC almost immediately, and Lindsey took care of everything back in Austin. Lindsey goes beyond her role as realtor and fiduciary, she empowers everyone she works with educating them with the information they need to make smart choices — such a pivotal role when you’re making the biggest investment of your life — and your literal livelihood is on the line. As a result of our time working together, I trust Lindsey implicitly and consider her a friend. Austin is lucky to have her in the real estate world!

We worked with agent Kristin Wellborn. This was our fifth house bought/sold over the past 28 years and Kristin is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with (not even close). In this case, we were buyers. Kristin possesses incredible knowledge about the Austin area. We resided in another state (1,400 miles away) and had to purchase our house without being able to visit in person. We completely relied on her understanding of the various towns and neighborhoods. She sent us many, many videos and frank assessments about the myriad properties for sale that she visited on our behalf. Kristin respected our wishes concerning the purchase process (no bidding wars!) and in the end negotiated a great deal on our behalf, below both list and the lender-appraised value. Our offer to the seller was based on well-researched comparables and was immediately accepted. (BTW: we were not “high-end” buyers; our purchase price was about average for Austin. Rest assured: Kristin will work tirelessly on your behalf regardless of your price level.) She kept in constant contact with us, seven days a week. Honestly, it would be impossible to find a more dedicated agent.

We moved to Georgetown in July from out of state and had lots of questions about the region and the housing market. We were very impressed with Lauren Yoder. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer or return phone calls. She guided us through the process seamlessly. As soon as we raised a question about any part of the process she explained or if anything needed made phone calls seeking clarification from others.

Lauren helped us complete the purchase of our house while closing from over a 1000 miles away. She sent us video of the walk thru prior to closing, and made smooth a variety of issues. I would strongly recommend her to anyone selling or buying real estate.

Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match!

Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available — truly, I don’t know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren’t on our list but that she thought we’d like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close.

We’ve worked with several outstanding agents in our house-buying past, and Kasey stands at the top of the list with the best of them.

Vicki Duran is not only a great realtor, but she is, by far, the best person I have ever worked with. She is the epitome of customer service, response, and quality of work. Our (My wife and I) situation was no easy feat, we contacted her from overseas and we only had a small window of opportunity to view places. Vicki actually found the house we decided to buy, and it wasn’t even on my list. She tentatively listened to our wants and needs and found us the perfect home. Since we had to do all our closing via mail out/online; Vicki went above and beyond what should be expected of not only a realtor but a person. We would not have been able to accomplish everything we did without her.

Tara McGuire was responsive, incredibly easy to work with, and really listened to me and my preferences. She found a plethora of houses within the area I was initially searching in AND found homes in areas that I had not considered but were very comparable to what I was looking for. She found our ideal home! My communication with her occurred through several outlets: phone, text, video, and Google Hangouts. She replied to my questions or concerns promptly and well after hours.

Having never met Tara and building our relationship out of state (California), I am extremely grateful that our experience was such a success. Everything went smoother than I had anticipated being that we were so far away and never physically saw the home we purchased.

Tara represented us for the initial walk-through as well as the final walk-through. While I listened in on both, she communicated to the builder the way I would have and made sure the home was ready for us when we arrived. She held the builder accountable and with reasonable expectations.

She also provided me with referrals for: financing, homeowners’ insurance, window coverings, garage door openers, and home inspectors. It was incredibly helpful especially since we are not from the area.

I am unable to fully capture how marvelous our journey with Tara was. I will forever be appreciative of her time, energy, and efforts. Tara is a wonderful realtor and I would definitely refer her to family and friends and will use her in the future should the need arise!
