Words cannot explain how awesome Terri is! I just closed on my house today (3/29/2018). I started my journey late Jan. Terri is EXTREMELY patience and didn’t push me into any house. She made sure she help me find the home that I wanted. The day one contract fell through she immediately found me another one. She is indeed a hardworker and ensured I was beyond satified. I didnt feel like she was only in it to get a sale. She took the time to get to know me personally. Which means a lot to me. Teri went above & beyond the call of duty to make my home sale a great experience. She wrote an awesome unique summary of my property (on zillow, realtor.com, MLS & other sites) that I believe set the tone for how buyers (& other realtors) viewed the property. She confirmed my hunch on the correct listing price (which was much higher than others in the community) & it sold close to this price. Teri assisted me on several things I was not able to tend to while out of town toward the end of this process. Even after close there were a few things with other vendors that she ran interference on to assure I was taken care of properly. My wife and I were looking to move and while we did search for properties online Teri strongly advised that we go see the properties as quickly as we could.
