Lauren was incredible to work with! This was our first time buying a home and the market was crazy/overwhelming. Lauren helped us at each step and made the process as easy as possible. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She fought with us and for us when our builder was moving slower than they should. Much like what seemed like the rest of the greater Austin area, my husband and I started looking to purchase a new home at the beginning of January 2021. After spending a year in lockdown in a windowless, run-down apartment, we were determined to take the leap and finally get our own space. We didn’t have any real idea of how this process worked but we did have a little bit of money and some friends who had just completed the home-buying experience. Upon asking them for tips and advice, they couldn’t stop beaming about the realtor they worked alongside and provided us with Lauren’s contact information. I could continue praising Lauren’s professionalism and knowledgeability for days so I’m going to highlight one more aspect of the entire experience in which Lauren was absolutely exceptional: communication. For a full year – Lauren was in constant communication with guidance, metrics, and updates. Having her copied on all of our emails with the builder really made me feel confident that we were going to get the best product possible. Lauren advocated for us in every way and we will be forever grateful that she helped us land a gorgeous new home. Lauren came recommended by two completely separate friends to me and my fiancé when searching for our first home and we are so thankful that we got set up with her! The transaction was easy as could be. Lauren is amazing and makes transactions so easy.
